We only sell new products & Warranty are covered by respective manufacturers. For DOA claims, we must be notified within 14 days from the day goods are dispatched. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We will get the product repaired & return back to you as soon as manufacturer got back to us. Products returned and found not defective will be returned at buyer's own expense. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.

We require 1 working day to prepare & schedule goods dispatch upon our confirmation of fund receipt, ie if fund shows on Wednesday bank statement, typically we will ship on Thursday.

Around 90% of customers receive their cards within a week. However, please do allow 2 weeks for delivery, as indicated by postal guidelines.

The insurance coverage, where applicable, that comes with SingPost & Fedex is SGD 68.00 & 150.00 respectively, which could ONLY be paid after SingPost or Fedex completed their investigation.

Insurance, where applicable, does not show on the postal amount. This should reduce the unnecessary custom inconveniences.

Postal/Courier Services' investigation is final. We are not responsible for delay, damages or missing in transit. This also includes items coming back for warranty claims.
